It can distinguish from its neighboring countries such as Saudi Arabia and Syria by its strong influence of Bedouin. Sameer Baghdadi is the composer and musician; Omar the Bedouin singer and winner of Arab version pop idol Diana Karazon are biggest stars of Jordan. Sign of Thyme on other hand has gaining regional popularity with Oriental-Jazz-Ethnic Fusion, since 2004 this band has been active. Jordan is also known as fairly large underground and heavy metal scene, which always connected erroneously to the stanism causing to attack it. Examples of metal band are, Blind vision, Tyrant Throne, Bilocate, Spade who currently resides in the Poland.
Art
There are several forms of art in Jordan from many murals of Iraqi people to people of Jordan. Art is plentiful in Jordan. There are also many local artist, Arabs and Iraqis especially who live abroad and have frequently exhibitions in the different art galleries in capital.
There is Darat Al Funun, in addition to art, it a very prestigious center of art that hold frequently by international artists and local Arabs, many other art center are also there that hold as well the exhibitions which suggests that art is vibrant aspect of capital city. Forms of Iraqi art with slight touch of Jordanian culture are very famous in the country and most like by the Jordanians.
